I. Cancellation Policy

  1. If You wish to cancel your Order, you may do so within 12 hours of completing your purchase. Cancellations made during this window are accepted unconditionally.
  2. After 12 hours, your order will move into production and cannot be canceled under any circumstance, as each jersey is custom-made based on your submitted design and preferences.

II. Return and Refund Policy

At ezcustomjerseys.com, every jersey is printed on demand just for you. While we do not accept returns for reasons such as size preference or buyer’s remorse, we do accept returns in the rare event that:

  • You received a jersey in the wrong size compared to your order confirmation.
  • The design or print on the jersey does not match the product listing or your customization.
  • The jersey arrives damaged, such as rips, tears, or peeling graphics.

What to Do:

If your item falls into one of the above categories, please contact our support team at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery (based on tracking information).
We will respond within 24 hours to resolve the issue quickly.

Return Requirements:

To be eligible for a return:

  • Goods must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
  • Goods showing visible wear, use, or alterations will not be accepted for return or refund.

Return Process:

  • You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning Goods to Us.
  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service to avoid lost or damaged packages.
  • The return process may take up to 25 business days from the time we receive your item.
  • Refunds will only be issued once the return is received and inspected.

Important Note:

We are not responsible for returned Goods that are lost or damaged in transit. No refund will be issued without proof of delivery or physical return of the Goods.

III. Refunds

If a refund is approved based on our return policy, it will be issued directly to the same payment method used during checkout (e.g., credit card, PayPal, etc.).

Once we receive and inspect the returned item (if applicable), the refund will be initiated within 1 to 5 business days. Please note that your financial institution may take an additional 3 to 7 business days to post the funds back to your account.

IV. Exchanges

Because all jerseys at ezcustomjerseys.com are custom-made to order, we do not offer general exchanges for size or design preferences.

However, if the issue was caused by us — such as:

  • Receiving the wrong size than what was confirmed in your order,
  • The print or design doesn’t match your customization,
  • The jersey arrived damaged or defective — then we’ll be happy to make it right.

In these cases, a replacement jersey will be produced and shipped to you at no extra charge, and you won’t need to place a new order. Simply contact our team, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
