At EZ Custom Jersey (operated by Bloom US LLC), we stand behind the quality of our products. Because each jersey is custom-made to order, we offer a fair and transparent return policy for cases where we haven’t met our high standards.

II. Cancellation Policy

  • Window: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • After 12 Hours: Orders move into production and cannot be canceled as each jersey is uniquely customized for you.

III. When Can You Return?

Since every jersey is printed on demand, we only accept returns or replacements for items with errors caused by our side:

  • Incorrect Size: The size received does not match your order confirmation.
  • Design/Print Error: The design, colors, or text differ from your submission.
  • Damaged Goods: The item arrives with rips, tears, or printing defects (e.g., peeling).

Important Note: We do not accept returns for “Buyer’s Remorse” (e.g., change of mind, ordering the wrong size by mistake, or personal preference).

IV. Return & Refund Process

Step 1: Contact Support

Email [email protected] or call +14069481899 within 14 days of delivery. Please include:

  1. Your Order Number.
  2. Clear photos/videos showing the defect or the incorrect item.

Step 2: Verification & Shipping Label

Once we verify the error is on our part:

  • We will provide you with a Pre-paid Return Shipping Label via email.
  • Cost: You pay $0 for the return shipping.
  • Address: We will provide a specific warehouse address. Do not send returns to our Kalispell, MT business office, as it is not equipped to receive packages.

Step 3: Inspection & Resolution

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will offer you two options:

  1. Full Refund: Processed back to your original payment method.
  2. Free Replacement: We will produce and ship a new, correct jersey to you at no extra cost.

V. Refunds

  • Processing: Refunds are issued within 1–5 business days after the return is inspected.
  • Posting: Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for funds to appear in your account.
  • Method: Refunds are strictly issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
