Return and Refund Policy

These are the terms and conditions (the “Policy”) that apply when you make a purchase from EZ Custom Jersey, operated by We Can Custom, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By placing an order for merchandise through our website, you accept this Policy and agree to be bound by it.

I. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of completing your purchase. Cancellations made during this window are accepted unconditionally.

After 12 hours, your order will move into production and cannot be canceled under any circumstance, as each jersey is custom-made based on your submitted design and preferences.

II. Returning Goods

We want your order to be exactly as you expected. Please double-check product details and customization settings before submitting your order through our website

EZ Custom Jersey maintains a limited Return Policy. Because every jersey is printed on demand just for you, we only accept returns for products that are defective due to our fault, including:

  • Wrong size compared to your order confirmation.
  • Incorrect design or print differing from the product listing or your submitted customization.
  • Damaged goods upon arrival (e.g., rips, tears, or peeling graphics).

IMPORTANT NOTE: Except in the cases listed above, we regret that we cannot accommodate returns or refunds for any other reason, such as size preference (buyer’s remorse) or change of mind.

Returning Goods Process

If your order has an issue caused by us (wrong size, incorrect design, or damaged item), please email us within 14 days of delivery: [email protected].

In the “Request a Return” email, please include:

  1. Your Order Number
  2. Photos clearly showing the issue (the defect, damage, or incorrect size tag)

Return Requirements:

To be eligible for a return, Goods must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact. Goods showing visible wear, use, or alterations will not be accepted for return or refund.

Return Process:

Once verified and the return is received, we will issue a full refund.

Note: You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning Goods to Us. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service to avoid lost or damaged packages.

III. Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.). If this method is no longer valid, please contact us via [email protected] to arrange another option.

After we receive and inspect the returned Goods, we will email you to confirm whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 1–5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3–7 business days for the funds to appear.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Processing time is calculated in business days only. Refund requests received on Saturday, Sunday, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

IV. Exchanges

Because all jerseys are custom-made to order, we do not offer general exchanges for size or design preferences.

However, if the issue is caused by us (wrong size, incorrect design, or damaged item), we will provide a free replacement. A replacement jersey will be produced and shipped to you at no extra charge, and you won’t need to place a new order.
